This is the second year that the staff of the West Hempstead Public Library has participated in the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign.
On February 6, we wore red on National Wear Red Day to raise awareness about the simple things that each of us can do to prevent heart disease and stroke.
Be sure to check the Go Red for Women website to learn how to keep your heart healthy.
