Spring 2009 Driver Safety Classes

Drivers 50 and older may sign up for one of the two AARP driving classes given by Mr. Charles Hlavenka this spring.
ImageChef.comPlease note that the cost of the AARP class has changed. Participants must present their AARP membership card at the time of registration to get the fee of $12. Non-members of AARP, or those without their AARP membership card will be charged $14.

(1) Course 1: Monday, April 27 and Wednesday, April 29 from 9:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m.
Registration for W.H. residents begins at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 13.
Non-residents may register, space permitting, beginning on Monday, April 20.
(2) Course 2: Mondays, June 22 and 29 from 9:30 a.m.- 1:30 p.m.
Registration for W.H. residents begins at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 1.
Non-residents may register, space permitting, beginning on Monday, June 8.

Instructor Mr. William Feeley will teach two Defensive Driving class for all ages.
ImageChef.com A $40 check, payable to Defensive Driving Course, Inc. is due at registration, which begins on Wednesday, April 1.

(1) Course 1: Wednesdays, April 22 and 29 from 6:45 p.m.- 9:45 p.m.
(2) Course 2: Wednesdays, June 17 and 24 from 6:45 p.m.- 9:45 p.m.

For all classes, each participant must bring his/her driver’s license and checkbook when registering and attend all parts of the course to receive credit. Classes are held on the lower level in the Community Room and begin promptly.
