Women's History Month

Each year since 1987, the United States celebrates March as Women's History Month. It is a time to acknowledge and learn about the contributions of women throughout history. Your library has many resources available to accomplish this goal.

WHPL has biographies of famous women, along with reference books on the subject.

Online resources are another excellent source of information. Biographies, a dictionary, and much more are available using our databases.
